For Madewell returns please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. WVN will accept unworn and unwashed or defective merchandise that was purchased at full price for refund or exchange, within 30 days of when you receive your order. We do not accept returns for items marked Final Sale. Return authorization is not required. Return shipping is free for domestic orders. For international returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you elect to exchange your item, WVN will cover the shipping back to you. WVN does not accept returns that have strong odors. Please keep your purchases away from pets, smoke and perfume until you are sure you want to keep them.
Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days of our receipt of your return. You will receive an email notification when your refund is complete. Please note that return processing may experience delays during high volume periods.
Final sale items
Any individual items marked Final Sale are ineligible for store credit, refund or exchange. FINAL SALE items will be indicated by text on the product page. Thank you for understanding that we are unable to accept returns on final sale items.
You may access our domestic returns portal above within 30 days of receiving your package. Enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the return process. Please use the self service portal to print your return shipping label or ship back the item(s) via your preferred shipping method, with the original invoice number, and indicate whether you would like to exchange it for another item of if you would like to return it all together. Items will be refunded in the manner of the original payment.
Please note, packages must be returned by a carrier that can provide guarantee of delivery. WVN is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. We suggest using UPS or FED EX for reliable delivery.

For international returns, please ship the item back using your preferred carrier to the address listed above.
Your return will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. If you paid with a gift certificate a new gift certificate will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of WVN items from other stores. Please make returns directly at the store from where you bought the item.
Once your return is processed, Afterpay will be notified and will refund your account accordingly. You will receive an email confirmation from WVN that the return has been processed & an email from Afterpay confirming the refund. Your statement will show as a refund from Afterpay.
